The INTEGRIpod™ is a 2H Offshore riser sensor for accurate and reliable long term
measurement of axial and bending stresses.
Over a period of 10 years, 2H Offshore has developed a comprehensive range of riser monitoring products and services to meet industry requirements.
At the heart of 2H Offshore monitoring is the INTEGRIpod, a flexible data control pod which efficiently manages logging functions, communication and power. INTEGRIpod has a compact, pressure rated, corrosion resistant body and provides for connection of internal and external sensors, data storage cards, communication boards and interfaces to umbilical and acoustic modems.
The architecture of the INTEGRIpod allows the flexibility to integrate a range of internal and external sensors for measuring motions, angles, stresses, strains, deflections, tensions, temperatures, pressures and more.
A wide range of configurations are possible to meet a customer’s requirements. However, there are a number of standard configurations optimized to meet common applications. These standard units are extensively field proven and have high reliability.
Multiple INTEGRIpods can be deployed along the riser as required to capture riser response. These can be either standalone or online arrangements, each combining a range of sensors as required. Online arrangements may use hardwired umbilicals or acoustic modems for data communication. INTEGRIpods are field proven in depths of 2800m and designed with consideration of installation requirements and interfaces. A wide range of attachment methods and holders are available to meet project requirements including proven ROV interfaces.
