Riser Engineering
2H Offshore

Against a background of aging assets with a multitude of critical components and new developments in need of a plan to manage risk throughout the life of the field, both operators and regulatory bodies are turning their attention to subsea integrity management. The goal of an effective integrity management (IM) program is to provide operators with assurance that their subsea systems are operating as intended and to manage the systems throughout the service life in order to ensure system reliability, minimal risk of failure, no harm to personnel or the environment and to avert unplanned shut downs.

An effective IM program is achieved by combining experienced engineers with the technical background to support all facets of the integrity management process. As part of the Acteon Group of companies, 2H brings together its technical excellence and its strong project management capabilities to the process of Subsea Integrity Management. We are able to incorporate the support of our sister companies in order to strengthen our technical knowledge base across all system and component areas of subsea developments.

2H offers technical expertise in the following areas, which are all key to running a successful subsea IM program:

2H has pioneered the integrity management processes for deep water risers, flowlines, moorings, conductors and subsea equipment. Our track record includes six IM projects encompassing 12 assets, 129 risers and 425 conductors totaling approximately 135,000 man hours over a five year period.
