Frank Lim to Chair FPSO China Conference in Beijing

2H Offshore’s Dr. Frank Lim will chair the FPSO China 2009 conference in Beijing on 18-20 March. The conference will see FPSO owners, operators, builders and contractors gather to share latest developments in China and South East Asia.

Lim, Principal Director for 2H, will also deliver a presentation on “Designing Risers for Deepwater FPSOs in Typhoon Areas”. He has recently been involved in various Asia Pacific deepwater projects, supporting them from 2H’s regional office in Kuala Lumpur, which he set up more than a year ago.

Dr. Pei An, Director of Structural Monitoring for 2H, will also present at the conference. An will talk about “Mooring Line Tension Monitoring Systems for FPSOs & Other Offshore Floating Platforms”. He specializes in subsea structural monitoring and has headed the company’s structural monitoring division since 2000.
